Diagnosis before the agenda
I talk with leadership and HR and map the processes, indicators and bottlenecks of the area that will be in the room. The content is shaped by that assessment, not by a catalog.
Each training starts from a diagnosis of the operation and ends with a practical deliverable the team uses the next day.
Every training starts with a diagnosis of the operation. What goes into the room is the bottleneck that showed up there, and the team works with real cases, data and processes from the company itself.
I talk with leadership and HR and map the processes, indicators and bottlenecks of the area that will be in the room. The content is shaped by that assessment, not by a catalog.
The group works with the processes, tools and everyday situations of the area, with no fictional cases. The examples discussed in the room are the ones the team recognizes.
Each training ends with practical material: a playbook, process, matrix, dashboard or guide. It leaves the room ready to become routine and stays with the company.
Choose the strategic topic your business needs today. Tailored training, built from a diagnosis and designed for the reality of your operation.
Each topic already runs at conventions, kickoffs and leadership gatherings. The angle, the examples and the depth are set in the briefing, based on where your operation stands.
How to integrate marketing, sales and customer success under the same target.

A generic talk is the one that fits any event and changes none. What separates one from the other happens in the weeks before, and after the audience leaves the room.
A prior conversation with the board or with HR to map the challenge behind the event, the company culture and what needs to happen afterwards. That is where the angle of the content comes from.
Operational practice, real data and immediate technical application. I cite what I saw work and what I saw fail in real operations, naming the bottlenecks your room recognises.
An executive summary and strategic direction handed to leadership, so the discussion on stage becomes a meeting agenda instead of a memory.
My career began in IT and systems architecture, where I realized early on that the biggest commercial bottlenecks were not in the software, but in the lack of integration and alignment between technology, marketing, sales and post-sale.
When I understood this gap, I decided to build a business around it. I began building companies dedicated to connecting process, data and technology around revenue, from diagnosis to the operation running day to day.
That view gave rise to a practical method for restructuring commercial operations, which over the last 15 years has supported more than 200 companies and trained 10,000 professionals.
In that period I founded three companies, worked on the Go-to-Market of Trello (Atlassian) in Brazil, teach at the graduate school of Escola Conquer and founded Iasbeck&Co, a consultancy that is a HubSpot Elite Partner and the fastest growing one in Latin America in 2025.
In the classroom or in restructuring a revenue operation, I deliver clarity and immediate application for your team. Tell me where your company stands and we will structure the best path.

The training was fully customized, aligned with the gaps I had identified as Commercial Director. The lessons were absorbed right away and we already see a clear improvement in the company's results.

The client-consultancy barrier broke early and we started seeing them as part of our own team. That comes from their high level of commitment.

One of the best marketing professionals I have ever met. Critical and systemic thinking, and decisive on top of that. Without a shadow of a doubt, Ícaro would be one of my partners in any business, because he has an above-average ability to turn problems into solutions.

Custom built. Every program starts with a diagnosis of your operation, and the content is built on the real bottlenecks of the team: your pipeline, your objections and your data go on screen during the session. If you are after off-the-shelf content, this is not my work.
It depends on the format. A keynote takes 45 to 90 minutes and a workshop, 4 to 8 hours. An ongoing program runs over several sessions, with follow-up between them. The executive forum brings the leadership team together in 2 to 4 hour sessions, and individual mentoring supports directors and managers over 6 to 12 months.
Hands-on. In the workshop the group works with real cases from their own company and leaves with the process redesigned on paper. Theory comes in only where it is needed to support the decision.
Revenue Operations and AI for senior management speaks to the board. Consultative Sales serves everyone from SDRs to sales directors, including technical specialists who take part in the sale. Marketing and Post-Sale are for the teams and leaders of those areas. CRM serves the operation, managers and those who look after the data. Productivity serves leaders and teams in any area.
Yes, and it is the most common design for ongoing programs. The diagnosis shows where the bottleneck is and the sequence follows from it: for example, market positioning before prospecting, or data governance before AI for the operation.
AI is treated as a practical accelerator of the sales routine, with no futurology. We show and deploy real cases of prompt engineering for research and preparation, automated qualification, automatic call summaries inside the CRM and agents connected to the sales ecosystem.
Yes. Every format runs live online, with the same dynamic as in person, in Portuguese or English. Online there is no travel cost and it is simpler to bring together teams from different cities.
Hands-on workshops work best with up to 30 people, because everyone needs to work on the funnel and the data. Longer trainings follow the same logic and can run in parallel groups. Keynotes have no audience limit.
It does. The material used in the room is handed to the client after the training, so the team can go back to it when the routine calls for it.
Through practical assessment, not a theoretical test. The group applies what it learned to its own routine during the training, and the follow-up afterwards shows whether it became routine.
Yes. Every format is delivered in Portuguese or English, both in person and live online, for audiences anywhere in the world.
Yes. Before any event I talk to the organiser to understand the audience, where the company stands and what has to happen after the talk. The script is adjusted from there.
The lead time depends on the prior diagnosis, which is what makes the tailored content possible. Write with the date in mind: I reply within 48 hours telling you whether it fits the calendar and what we need to map beforehand.
There is no fixed price list. The fee depends on the training, the format, the number of hours and the group size. Describe your team's challenge in the form and I will reply within 48 hours with a recommended training, format and number of hours, including the investment.
